CareLink can send notifications to the patient’s phone via text, email, or push notifications if enabled in app settings.

This is an example of a push notification for a missed transmission.

When tapping the push notification, pop-ups in the app will guide the patient to resolve situation.

Once resolved, patient is brought back to the home screen. Tap “My TRANSMISSION” to see transmission status.

"Keep Connected" Feature for Apple iOS

Apple iOS users can force-close any app by swiping up. For MyCareLink Heart, this action severs the connection between a patients heart device and the CareLink™ network.

What is the Keep Connected Feature?

If a patient swipes up, “Keep Connected” on MyCareLink Heart app will intercept this behavior and provide timely and actional patient education.
